Thames Valley Piano School is Now Recruiting
Our school was founded in Oct 2014. We call it a school, but it is more like a family-friendly studio where people come to have their private piano lessons – themselves or their children. We cater for all levels and all ages, although vast majority of our students are children. After 2 years on the market, the school has earned 1st places and trophies from a variety of categories at piano festivals and competitions in the area and grew very popular – and we’re now seeking a right individual to help us cover the demand.
Ideally, the the right candidate will be based locally (Berkshire). If you’re a Londoner, you might find it rather tricky to get to us. We have a steady stream of new enquiries and trials that’s equivalent to about 1-2 hours each week, which means your schedule will build itself up gradually, you might possibly start with 1 or 2 hours per week, but before long, this can become a full time commitment, should you want to have that much work.
The hourly rate (you only get paid for the time you spend teaching) will be based on your experience, qualifications and level of commitment you will exhibit.
Wages (£16-£22/hour) are paid at the beginning of each week and you will be hired as a self-employed contractor.
This vacancy is ongoing as we are always keen to hear from new piano teachers in Slough area. If you’re great with children and intend to promote a good name of our school while maintaining good results and make our students happy, please get in touch. We really do want to hear from you.
